🍀 - who is better at comforting? 

sara & dane - they’re good at comforting each other in their own ways. dane offers sara warmth and confidence and a steady hug when she feels like falling apart. sara offers dane empathy and patience and a hand gently cupping his jaw when his blood is close to boiling. they’re also both very good at giving unspoken comfort through their force bond. in all honesty, even just each other’s presence is a big comfort for them both.

portia & cassian - neither of them are great at it, but cassian is probably better. portia tends to get uncomfortable with being that vulnerable and soft with another person, and so avoids it whenever she can. she’s better at more general support, like telling someone she believes in their abilities or something. cassian tends to give her comfort by just sitting with her or offering physical touch since he knows she likes it so much. 

🥄 - who is the big spoon and who is the little spoon?

sara & dane - dane is pretty much always the big spoon, although sara isn’t against tugging him against her chest and wrapping around him like an octopus if he really needs it (which he sometimes does). 

portia & cassian - they don’t really spoon most of the time, and are more likely to lie tangled together in bed. on the rare occasion that they do, portia is the big spoon.

💐 - is one more protective than the other? 

sara & dane - they are both so protective of one another, but dane definitely wins here. he will happily slice someone in half for looking at sara wrong, although he’s slowly learnt to temper the instinct to defend her at all costs. it’s hard not to be protective though when that’s half your soul brought to life and walking around beside you. they’d do pretty much anything for each other. 

portia & cassian - they’re both generally pretty protective of their loved ones, and even after they’ve broken up they still wouldn’t want to see the other hurt. portia still snaps at a few of the partisans for roughing him up a bit too much after they capture cassian and jyn in jedha city. cassian still doesn’t hesitate to drag portia with him and jyn off jedha, because even if he’s supposed to hate her now he can’t see her die. they hate each other, but i think portia would probably still take a bullet for him.
